@Eliana0123 If your instructions require a minimum of 20 seconds, maze and escaping games etc would be a better choice. Platform games, with their minimum requirement of only 20 seconds, primarily involve jumping at blocks and grabbing coins rather than searching for missing coins. It would be more entertaining to locate the target in various hidden spots in other game types. Avoid choosing platform games unless they have low marks or opt only for a platform game that doesn't require a minimum of 20 seconds. Maze and escaping games etc are my top choices. It's up to you to decide.

Doesn't make sense to choose a platform game minimum of 20 seconds how many marks did it had for the assignment? If it's low marks then it had a reason to do the platform game minimum of 20 seconds

It took a damn long lmao my friend tried to choose an image for me to do the maze so yeah. At first we decided if we could do the game to make it as a platform game but since the instructions had the minimum for only 20 seconds the game would have been seen more easier if we chose to do a platform game. So then we decided we should do maze.
If you want to make your audience age game 8+,9+ and 10+ then consider using both real images and 2D images. Thank you.

The teacher told my brother that he has the freedom to choose whether he wants to focus on 2D elements in his project. She emphasized that this decision could potentially impact the kids perceptions of the game such as whether they believe the game is challenging and if that perception influences their decision to play it.
